Considerado como la principal muestra flotante del Mediterráneo, nuestro fundador Miguel Ángel Serra acudió a la cita de este emblemático “Palma International Boat Show” (PIBS), que tiene lugar cada año en la capital mallorquina.

El mercado náutico registra datos al alza en el primer trimestre del año, anticipando la temporada náutica, con 1.315 matriculaciones de embarcaciones de recreo.
Todos los datos correspondientes al primer trimestre del año han sido recogidos en un informe elaborado por la Asociación Nacional de Empresas -ANEN-, del cual queremos hacernos eco mediante este artículo.

Miguel Ángel Serra, socio fundador de LegaLLey+, nos explica, en su nuevo artículo publicado en el portal web Balearic Marine Clúster, los cambios generados con la aprobación del RD 186/2023 de 21 de marzo, que establece un régimen de despacho simplificado para el alquiler de embarcaciones y buques de recreo, y por otra, la derogación expresa de la Orden de 4 de diciembre de 1985 de alquiler de embarcaciones de recreo, que habilita la posibilidad de alquilar embarcaciones con bandera no UE menores de 14 metros de eslora y, asimismo, abre la puerta a nuevas interpretaciones en relación con el Impuesto Especial sobre Determinados Medios de Transporte.
